A: While we can’t give you an exact time window, since there are many variables, including the physical size of the web files and databases, the location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll give our best to migrate your web site within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (if the website content is not very large).

A: We don’t need any personal info. We will need, though, the login info for your old hosting account as well as the name of the web site that you wish to transfer.

A: No. Aside from your login details for the Control Panel, we won’t require anything. We will never touch base with your hosting provider. They will not know anything about the migration either.

A: Yup. We support all common Linux–driven web hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–driven hosting platforms, as we do not offer Windows web hosting solutions ourselves.Additionally, we don’t support proprietary site building and administration interfaces like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
